We are currently seeking a Resource Coordinator.




Battelle’s Security & Resilience Business Line is seeking a Resource Coordinator to support the Integrated Site Acceptance Testing (ISAT) program. The ISAT program supports the test and evaluation of security systems for Transportation Security Administration (TSA) at airports across the country. This is a full-time position and the selected candidate may work remotely.


Primary responsibilities include managing the schedule of ISAT test events and assigning staff to support the execution of all technical efforts. Responsible for maintaining a comprehensive schedule and listing of program deliverables and issuing detailed work instructions to all technical staff on the program. Responsible for managing the badging associated with working in secure airport environments, including coordinating with airport staff, researching badge application requirements, supporting staff applications for badging, and the tracking of issued badges. Candidate will maintain various databases of critical staff and program information and will be responsible for conducting research to ensure data is up-to-date to support resource decisions by program leadership. Candidate will be expected to interface frequently with program leadership and technical staff to define resource requirements, ensure scheduling needs are being met, and to address emerging issues.


Work will be performed remotely, with occasional travel required, approximately 15%.  Candidates should have strong oral and written communication skills. Candidate must have exceptional attention to detail and ability to address complex problems under tight time constraints. Candidate should also be comfortable managing uncertainty and preparing multiple contingent solutions to problems. Additionally, candidates should have very strong computer skills including the use of all applicable Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).




  • The candidate must have at least a BA/BS from an accredited college or university.          
  • Experience required is a minimum of 2 years’ providing support to technical or engineering programs.
  • Sole US Citizenship with the eligibility and willingness to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret Security Clearance and to obtain TSA Security Suitability.




  • Already possess a Secret Security Clearance.
  • Already possess TSA Security Suitability.
  • 4+ years of experience supporting scheduling and resource management for a major technical or engineering program, ideally with TSA.
