  • Collaborate with the Cyber Innovations Team to develop software systems that aid in network-based applications, reverse engineering tasks, embedded system development, and integration of hardware. 

  • Identify and articulate strengths and weaknesses of solutions, conclusions and problem approaches during technical discussions.? 

  • Demonstrate awareness of deliverables and their role within the project plan. Identify and execute steps necessary to complete less structured assignments with limited guidance from SMEs.? 

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to prepare and present technical content tailored to the client's mission. Lead technical discussions, demonstrating command of the technology and adequately fielding questions which arise.? 

  • Contribute to Internal Research and Development (IRAD) studies and lead small IRAD tasks.? 

  • Seek out technical experts for collaboration and facilitate technical discussions with lower level staff.? 

  • Demonstrate understanding of business product offerings and contribute to marketing / business development by providing technical expertise during marketing engagements as well as supporting business development efforts led by others.? 

  • Form technical approaches and generate technical volumes for small proposals with minimal guidance and support Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) creation and labor estimates 



  • Bachelor’s degree with 4-9 years’ experience in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field of study; Master’s degree with 2-6 years’ experience; or PhD with 0-2 years’ experience, or equivalent experience  

  • Experience with all of the following: 

  • Professional software testing  

  • Multiple types of testing and test methodologies (unit, integration, functional, regression, etc.) from a software standpoint 

  • Analysis of requirements and development of derived requirements for testing purposes 

  • Performing witnessed acceptance testing 

  • Effectively document deficiencies and work with developers to reproduce errors 

  • Development and documentation of test plans and procedures that verify the requirements 

  • Ability to understand scripting languages (Python, Perl, Ruby, etc) and develop scripts to support the testing process 

  • Ability to demonstrate good organization, communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills 

  • Must be a?sole US citizen?with an active Secret Clearance 



  • Active Top Secret Security Clearance 

  • Strong background in software development 

  • Experience with Network systems and security
